Clara (Popescu) Voda is a Romanian film and theater actress. She was born on March 8, 1970 in Constanta, Romania.

She graduated from University of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1993 .In 1992, she plays first role in the movie Hotel de lux .Other notable roles in films :Senatorul melcilor (1995), Eu cand vreau sa fluier, fluier (2010) ,Loverboy (2011) .
