Neo Bryce is a Filmmaker from Panabo City, Mindanao. He started making films when he was still in high school.

He was a fellow in the 2019 edition of the Ngilngig Film Camp and Filmmakers' Development Program. Through his work, he hopes to highlight and initiate conversations around mental health and the difficulty of navigating life. In 2019, a film he co-directed entitled "Ano'ng Nangyari Kay Andrew Magsilang?" won the Jury Prize Award in Ngilngig Asian Fantastic Film Festival 2019.
