Brent Roam was born in Bridgeton, Missouri. He graduated from Pattonville High School in his hometown.

During his time there, Brent was Class President and Captain of The Wrestling Team. He started his acting career in 1998, appearing in the film "Where's Marlowe?". Through his career, he has appeared in other films like Deep Blue Sea and Toolbox Murders.
