Melissa Moore, (born December 27, 1963), in Versailles, Kentucky, USA, is American actress, model, and multi-World Champion American Saddlebred horse trainer and rider. She is best known for her extensive work in B-movies during the late 1980s and 1990s, and has continued to work in film to the present day.

Moore graduated from Woodford County High School before attending Brooks College in Long Beach, California, where she excelled as the valedictorian of her class, studying business and fashion design. Her acting career began in 1987 with the film *Evil Spawn*. She quickly became a fixture in the B-movie scene, appearing in cult classics like *Samurai Cop* (1991), *Sorority House Massacre II* (1990), and *Hard to Die* (1990).
